Currency trading, also known as the foreign exchange market or Forex, has exploded in size and popularity. Expansion of access to the Internet and communication technologies have encouraged growth in the retail Forex market. Hundreds of brokers service the retail or small to medium investor who wishes to trade Forex. Forex can be traded with a few hundred dollars or hundreds of thousands of dollars. Currency trading pits one country’s currency against another country’s currency in what is called a pair. There are seven major pairs that trade 24 hours a day around the world. Automated Forex trading has evolved as a result of smaller traders wanting to be players in this market.

The first automated trading was to have a broker manually place trades for a managed account under a given system. The broker employed traders who were CTA’s to follow the systems and execute trades. The next step in automated trading, which is still used today, is for the broker to have a prescribed system where the investor executes the trade based upon the signal from the broker. The new frontier in automated Forex trading is the use of expert advisors or EA’s.

Us Options Trading Hours

After more than a decade as a professional option trader and hedge fund manager, I’ve had the honor of knowing many great option traders all over the world as well as the opportunity to learn from the mistakes of thousands of broke option traders. Us Options Trading Hours

Most of these option traders even have the same opinion on the same underlying asset but ended up in dramatically different results.

How To Do Option Trading

Ten years ago it was almost impossible to sit in a cafe or attend a party without overhearing a conversation in which a couple of guys were bragging about all the money they were making day trading the market. If one of the guys was a REAL winner, he was talking about all the cash he was raking in by day trading options. It seemed every day a new millionaire was popping champagne corks. How To Do Option Trading

Then the market crashed and most of these geniuses lost their shirts. The easy money had dried up, and the stories about financial conquest dried up, too. Is it still possible for anyone to make money day trading options, or are those days long gone?

To be a successful importer you need three things – good suppliers, solid customers and the right financing. As a matter of fact, having the right financing can make or break your company.

Importers always play a delicate balance with their financing. The idea is to have as much financing as possible that is active (in use), backing up active purchase orders from clients. However, this delicate balance of living on the edge with financing has its drawbacks. What happens when you get an order that exceeds or exhausts your bank financing? Unless you have a great track record, it is unlikely that the bank will extend you further financing.
